This Level 3 course is for everyone who works in the field: installers, service technicians, commissioning engineers and supervisors. After it you will be able to (1) isolate and lock out a heat pump safely before work, (2) handle pressure, brazing and flammable or high-pressure refrigerants without putting yourself or the site at risk, (3) read a refrigerant's safety class and choose the right handling rules, and (4) explain the phase-down rules and the test standards behind a heat pump's rated figures.
