This Level 2 course is for building owners, energy consultants and finance teams who must judge whether a heat pump makes financial and environmental sense. After it you will be able to: (1) compare the cost of heat from any fuel on a fair, per-useful-kWh basis; (2) calculate simple payback, ROI and lifecycle cost; (3) estimate CO₂ savings and the value of solar PV and time-of-day tariffs; and (4) put these numbers into a clear business case for management.
