Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives and expand our market reach. You will be directly responsible for driving equipment sales, building a robust dealer network, and effectively managing inbound leads to close new business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive direct sales for our complete range of domestic, commercial, swimming pool, and industrial heat pump systems.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers and channel partners to expand our distribution network.
Nurture and support existing dealer relationships to maximize revenue and ensure brand loyalty.
Respond to, qualify, and convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and dealer interactions using our CRM system.
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and emerging industry trends to refine sales strategies.
Travel as needed to meet with potential partners, attend trade shows, and visit project sites.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within the HVAC, industrial equipment, or plumbing sectors.
Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of heat pumps, hot water systems, or thermal engineering.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
Proficiency in using business management software and CRM tools to track sales pipelines.
