What you will be asked to do

1. Product and application knowledge during a factory or site visit
2. Site survey: collecting the right site data
3. Hot water demand and heat load for a real or sample site
4. Selection and sizing with derating, operating envelope and storage
5. Choosing and sketching the system scheme
6. Running cost and payback compared with the existing fuel
7. Presenting a proposal and business case
8. Answering customer questions accurately, without overclaiming
9. Handing over site requirements to the installation team
10. Professional conduct

Any act that puts people or equipment at risk stops the assessment.
