Warranty Terms & Conditions
  • The warranty covers only manufacturing defects in material and workmanship arising despite normal operation and usage as prescribed in the operating manual.
  • Installation and repairs must be carried out only by Authorized Service Personnel. Otherwise, the warranty will be void.
  • In case of repairs, the appliance and/or replaced spare part will be warranted only for the remaining original warranty period. Replaced components become the property of the company.
  • Circulation pump selection must be done as per Sunniva’s recommendation.
  • Voltage stabilizer must be installed at the power supply.
Warranty is NOT applicable in the following cases:
  • If the warranty card is not duly filled and does not bear stamp, date, and signature of Authorized Service Personnel.
  • The warranty does not cover consequential liability, damage, or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly due to appliance failure, breakdown, accident, or improper usage.
  • Damage to remote controller due to direct contact with water. (Remote controller is NOT waterproof.)
  • Damage caused during shifting or improper storage at customer's premises.
  • If repair work is carried out by unauthorized personnel.
  • TDS of water fed to the heat pump must be less than 250 PPM.
