Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain our range of HVAC and renewable energy systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission heat pumps, chillers, and solar water heating systems at client sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and partners.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the service team and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.
• Travel to customer locations as required (local and outstation).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in servicing HVAC, refrigeration, or renewable energy systems.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, refrigeration cycles, and control systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with heat pumps, chillers, or solar thermal systems.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
• Knowledge of ISO and CE compliance standards.
