Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations, vendor management, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing components for HVAC, mechanical, or renewable energy systems and a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Source and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers for raw materials, components, and services.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely procurement to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams for new product development sourcing.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in HVAC, renewable energy, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics is a plus.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with green technology or energy-efficient systems.
• Familiarity with ISO, CE, and RoHS compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
